Liquorice Root is used to relieve the symptoms of cough, bronchitis and to also reduce the effects of chronic asthma. Liquorice root is said to boost immunity, on account of the enzymes it harbours. These sticks are processed and prepared from the extract of Jethimadh/Yashtimadhu/Mulethi Herb. Our natural Liquorice Root is tasty and aromatic and is delicious when added to savoury and sweet dishes. They have a sweet but slightly salty flavour and a very pungent aroma. It is quite similar to aniseed and fennel in taste.
