Fudco Kashmiri (Mild) Chili Powder very mild, milder dried chilies (these chilies are deep red colored and have wrinkled skin) are used to make it.  Hot flavour, enhancing other ingredients. Powder may be used sparingly. Kashmiri Red chilli powder is very mild and is the key ingredient for all the spicy food recipes and provides the best flavour. The chilli powder is also known as Cayenne pepper.
