Hot & spicy chicken fry mix Duns river spice mixes and coating use only the finest quality ingredients, specially selected and blended, to deliver delicious, authentic taste to your table! Wash and dry chicken, cut into pieces then dip both sides in whisked Egg or Milk. Put the KTC Original Chicken Mix in a container. Then add the chicken pieces and mix together until all the chicken pieces are evenly coated. Deep fry the coated pieces in batches of 3 to 4 in hot oil at 155°C.
